Are your pieces microwave & dishwasher safe?

Yes, my pieces are both microwave and dishwasher safe, unless otherwise stated in the description of the piece. 

What do I do if my item(s) arrive broken?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me on the day of delivery so we can discuss the next steps. Because ceramics are fragile and require careful handling during transit, prompt communication helps confirm that any damage occurred during shipping. Please include clear photos of the item, all packaging materials, and the shipping box, as these are required for insurance claims.

Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of handmade pottery, returns cannot be accepted. All sales are final.
